Privacy Policy

Our privacy promise to families

Elonic World is used by children, so we keep what we collect to the minimum needed to run learning profiles — and we put parents in control of all of it.

This page describes our current practices in plain language. It is not legal advice.

What we collect

  • A parent account email address, used for sign-in through our authentication provider.
  • Child profile details entered by the parent: a first name or nickname, an age, and a chosen avatar.
  • Learning activity generated inside the app — games completed, scores, badges, streaks, rewards and saved drawings — linked to a child profile so parents can see progress.
  • We do not collect information directly from children, we do not track children's behaviour across other sites or apps, and we do not use advertising identifiers of any kind.

How we use it

  • To create and run child profiles under a parent account.
  • To show learning progress, badges and rewards to the parent and the child.
  • To enforce the parental controls a parent sets — daily time limits, activity restrictions and learning reminders.
  • Anonymous product analytics, only after a grown-up chooses "Accept All" on the cookie banner. Inside our mobile app this is switched off permanently and cannot be enabled.

Parental rights

  • Review everything stored for your child from the Parent Dashboard.
  • Correct a child's name, age or avatar at any time from the child profile settings.
  • Delete a child's profile and all of their data whenever you choose.
  • Refuse further collection by deleting the profile or the parent account.

How to delete a child's account

Sign in to your parent account, open the Parent Dashboard, choose the child, then open Parental Controls. At the top of that page there is a Delete Profile button. You will be asked to confirm, naming the child. Confirming permanently removes the child's profile together with their progress, badges, rewards, saved drawings, reminders, activity restrictions and screen-time records.

If you would rather we do it for you, contact us through elonicworld.com and ask us to delete your child's data. We will confirm once it is done.

Data retention

We keep a child's data only for as long as their profile exists. Deleting the profile removes it. Deleting the parent account removes the child profiles that belong to it.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run Elonic World:

  • Hosting, database, and authentication: Lovable Cloud
  • Payments for optional purchases: Stripe
  • Voice guidance: ElevenLabs
  • Push notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging

We do not sell family data and we do not share it with advertisers.

COPPA statement (children under 13)

This service is directed in part to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Every child profile is created and managed by a verified parent account, and only the parent can enter or change profile details.

Parents can contact us at any time to review, correct, or delete the information held for their child, and to refuse any further collection.

For families in the EU and UK (GDPR-K)

The same protections apply under GDPR and its children's provisions. A parent or guardian provides consent through their own account, child data is limited to what a parent enters plus in-app learning activity, and parents may request access, correction, or erasure at any time by contacting us.

Cookies & tracking

No analytics or error-reporting script loads until a grown-up chooses "Accept All", and tracking is permanently off inside our mobile app. The full detail — including how outbound links are protected by a grown-ups-only question — lives on our Trust & Safety page.

Changes to this policy

As the product evolves we may update this page. When a change meaningfully affects how family data is handled, we will make that clear here before it takes effect.
